The kettle is constructed with all-welded #4-finish stainless steel, type 304. The Southbend KELT kettle's interior liner is stainless steel type 316. The Southbend KELT kettle's steam jacket surrounds the lower two-thirds of the kettle. KELT-60 … kettle models tilt through a full 90°. The tilt mechanism has self-locking positive-stop action.
