P36A-TTT … full-width thermostatic griddle. The griddle plate is 1 inch thick and has side and rear splashers; the range also has a 9-1/4-inch-deep front rail and a removable stainless steel grease drawer. The thermostatic control range for the Southbend griddle surface starts at 180°F. The thermostatic control range for the Southbend griddle surface ends at 400°F. P36 sectional units have a propane-input configuration. P36A models have a 120 V electrical configuration. The Southbend convection oven has an interior depth of 24 inches. The Southbend convection oven has an interior width of 26 inches. The Southbend convection oven has an interior height of 14 inches. The racks in the Southbend Model 36A convection oven have five-position side rails. The range has stainless steel front, sides, rear and exterior bottom, with fully insulated lining and burner box.
