Thermostatic Griddle. The Southbend HDG-18-316L and HDG-24-316L thermostatic griddles are counterline griddles. gas type: propane. gas input btu: 30000. Each griddle is heated by a U-shaped burner, and each burner is controlled by a thermostatic control. Each pilot has a flame failure device for safety. The Southbend thermostatic griddle controls are independent. The Southbend thermostatic griddle controls have a highest stated temperature setting of 550°F. The Southbend thermostatic griddle controls have a lowest stated temperature setting of 200°F. The Southbend thermostatic griddle models use electronic spark ignition. The Southbend griddle plate is 1 inch thick. The griddles have 316L stainless steel front, rear, sides, and bottom panels. The sides are reinforced and fully insulated, with reinforced, insulated double-wall sides. must be installed under a vented hood.
