The BGLM-60N narrow gas tilting skillet has a 60-gallon capacity. The BGLM-60N gas tilt skillet is listed with natural gas as a gas type. The BGLM-60N has a listed gas input of 125,000 BTU/hr (36.6 kW/hr). The BGLM-N gas tilt skillet is listed with natural gas supply pressure of 6–14 in. W.C. (152–356 mm). The BGLM-40N and BGLM-60N narrow gas tilting skillets are supplied with manual tilt. The controls for the BGLM-40N and BGLM-60N narrow gas tilting skillets operate on 115 VAC. The controls for the Southbend BGLM-40N and BGLM-60N narrow gas-fired skillets include a solid-state thermostat. The controls for the BGLM-40N and BGLM-60N narrow gas tilting skillets can be set as low as 100°F. The controls for the BGLM-40N and BGLM-60N narrow gas tilting skillets can be set as high as 450°F. The controls enclosure is designed to meet NEMA-2 and provides protection against dripping and light splashing water; the controls include a thermostat indicator light, an ignition indicator light, a pan tilt switch that shuts burners off if tilted more than 5°, and a high-temperature cut-off set at 500°F (260°C). The pan is formed from 10 gauge type 304 stainless steel with a #4 finish exterior and polished interior, with coved corners for ease of cleaning. The BGLM-40N and BGLM-60N narrow gas tilting skillets are NSF certified.
