Wells HMP6 Series and HSW Series Built-In Rectangular Food Warmers are designed to hold heated foods at safe and fresh serving temperatures. The HMP6 Series and HSW6 Series food warmers are single-well units. The HMP6 model food warmer accommodates one 6 in × 20 in half-size food pan. The HMP6 model food warmer accommodates equivalent fractional inset pans. fuel type: electric. The HMP6 Series and HSW6 Series food warmers have thermostatic controls. The thermostatic controls for the HMP6 Series and HSW6 Series food warmers are recessed in their panel. High-limits prevent overheating. Temperature-ready indicator lights are standard on all control types. One-piece stainless steel top flange and heavy-gauge, deep-drawn stainless steel warming pans are standard features on all models. The HMP6 Series and HSW6 Series food warmers are designed for top-mount installation. The HMP6 Series and HSW6 Series food warmers have a minimum back clearance of 1 inch (25 mm). The HMP6 Series and HSW6 Series food warmers have a minimum side clearance of 2 inches (51 mm).
