The listed Imperial IAB(R)(S) steakhouse broiler models are gas broilers. The listed Imperial IAB(R)(S) steakhouse broiler models are countertop units. The IAB(R)(S)-30 counter-top model is 28-1/2 in (724 mm) deep. 20 in (508 mm) high. 30 in (762 mm) wide. The counter-top broiler has a standard cast-iron top grate. 5 burners. Burners are individually controlled, rated at 20,000 BTU/hr (4 kW) each, and located every 6 in. (152 mm) with individual controls. gas input btu: 100000. The counter-top broilers can be supplied for propane gas with a manifold pressure of 10.0 in. W.C. The broiler has stainless-steel front, sides, and landing ledge; welded and polished stainless-steel seams; durable die-cast-metal control knobs; a full-width grease gutter and 3 in. (76 mm) wide removable grease can; and insulation throughout the cooktop to conserve energy. Grate sections are removable for cleaning; the cooking surface is slanted; each grate blade has a cast-in grease trough that directs excess fat to the front grease gutter; and no tools are needed to remove the grates, radiant covers, or stainless-steel burners for cleaning.
