The Doyon 2T3 Artisan Stone Deck Oven has three decks. Each deck of the Doyon 2T3 oven holds two 18 × 26 in full-size sheet pans. The oven features zero convection, full temperature control, and customizable deck heights. Each chamber has its own steam tank. The Doyon 2T3 oven's control is programmable.
