Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding commercial gas range, model 4601DD-3TL_LP, in propane with a 60.75" x 34" footprint and indoor-only floor installation. It’s a high-output all-in-one unit with four 33,000 BTU non-clog cast iron open burners, a 36" thermostatic griddle on the left, and two standard ovens at 45,000 BTU each, so it fits high-volume restaurant and catering lines that need burners, griddle, and bake capacity in one chassis. Built with stainless steel front and sides, cast iron grate tops, standing pilots, battery spark ignition for the ovens, and a front manual gas shut-off, it’s aimed at serious commercial kitchens rather than compact or low-volume service.
