The FIREX UCPMDE164 single-basin multicooker has a stated capacity of 242 liters. The cooking vessel and perforated basket are stainless steel AISI 316; the basket has electric tilting. The balanced lid and supporting structure are stainless steel AISI 304. The vessel is 30/10 thick, the basket 15/10 thick, the lid 10/10 thick, and the supporting structure 20–30/10 thick. The UCPMDE164 multicooker has an electric power rating of 23.30 kW at 220–240 V, 3 phase, 60 Hz. The FIREX UCPMDE164 multicooker's touch-screen display is 7 inches. The panel board supports two cooking modes with working temperature setting or minimum/maximum heating, cooking-type and time settings, manual and program modes, creating and editing cooking programs, delayed cooking, language settings, and selection of measurement units. The FIREX UCPMDE164 multicooker automatically refills water in the vat. The basket stops in a dripping position and is removable for cleaning. An overflow device and system make starch skimming easier.
