The Blodgett BLCT-6-6E is a mini combination oven/steamer. The BLCT-6-6E is a double combi oven. The BLCT-6-6E has two oven sections. Each section of the BLCT-6-6E oven rack system holds four 12 × 20 × 2-1/2-inch-deep North American hotel pans. Each section of the BLCT-6-6E oven rack system holds five 12 × 20 × 2-inch-deep North American hotel pans. 208V, 3PH. A BLCT-6-6E oven section's power-supply rating in the 208 VAC, three-phase configuration is 6.9 kW. The One Touch control lets the user cook manually and fine-tune settings, use pre-programmed recipes for consistent results, or use SmartChef to automatically select optimum settings. The oven's touchscreen control stores up to 1500 recipes. The automated CombiWash system features very low water and detergent consumption and no contact with chemicals. No proprietary chemicals are required; see owner’s manual for detergent guidelines. The oven has 430 stainless steel sides, tops and backs, and 304 stainless steel bottoms, doors and interiors.
