SSHLV184R-OT/FD. with Filter. The SSHLV184 is described as a reduced-oil-volume, high-efficiency gas fryer/filter with a blower-free atmospheric burner system. The SSHLV184 reduced-oil-volume fryer has an oil capacity of 43 lb (19.5 kg; 20.9 L). The SSHLV184 gas fryer has a US gas-input rating of 100 Kbtu/hr. The SSHLV184 fryer requires natural-gas store supply pressure of 7–10 inches water column (17.4 mbar / 1.7 kPa). The SSHLV184 has an SS peened tank and stainless-steel front, door, and sides. The SSHLV184 fryer uses matchless ignition. The SSHLV184 includes a drain-valve interlock, FILTER SOON production monitor, separate gas shutoff for each fryer, rear gas manifold, recessed cabinet back, and a full-port drain. The SSHLV184 filter system is specified with a 70 lb (32.5 kg) filter-pan oil capacity, a 1/3 HP filter-pump motor rated at 50/60 Hz, and filter-pump flow rates of 4.5 GPM (17.0 LPM) at 60 Hz and 3.8 GPM (14.2 LPM) at 50 Hz.
