Southbend Ultimate Series 60-inch gas range, model 4602DD-3TR_LP, is a freestanding commercial propane unit with a standard oven base, not a convection or combi. It combines (4) 27,000 BTU non-clog burners with continuous wavy grates, a 36-inch thermostatic griddle on the right, and two standard ovens rated 45,000 BTU each for a total 262,000 BTU output, so it fits high-volume line cooking, griddling, and baking in a full-size kitchen. At 60.75" wide and 59.5" high with stainless front/sides, manual gas shutoff, factory regulator, standing pilot burners, and battery spark oven ignition, it is a floor-standing range for indoor commercial use where gas performance and mixed-cooking versatility matter.
