Wells HT Series Bain Marie style food warmers are drop-in food warmers. HT227. HT227, HT227AF, HT327, HT327AF, HT427, HT427AF, HT527, and HT527AF have 4/3rd pan-size openings. HT200, HT227, HT200AF, and HT227AF each have an overall width of 29-1/2 in (749 mm). Every model listed in the specifications table has an overall height of 9-3/4 in (248 mm). All HT Series models listed in the specifications table are rated 208/240 V. The HT227 warmer draws 13.8 A at 240 V. Wells HT Series warmers have positive-off thermostat controls. One-piece stainless steel top flange and heavy-gauge, deep-drawn stainless steel warming pans are standard features on all models. Wellslocks™ are standard for quick and easy installation. Wells HT Series Bain Marie warmers are designed for wet operation only.
