Southbend Ultimate Range 4601AC-3TR_LP is a 60-3/4" wide commercial freestanding gas range on a cabinet base, set up for propane and rated at 228,000 BTU total. It combines four patented non-clog cast-iron open burners, a 36" thermostatic griddle on the right with a 1/2" cold-rolled steel plate, and convection oven base(s) with 175°F–550°F control, 3 racks, and 115V/3PH electrical for ignition and the oven motor. With stainless front/sides, front manual gas shutoff, factory regulator, and a heavy 1,075-lb build, it fits high-volume restaurant or banquet production where a full hot line and oven capacity are needed in one floor unit.
