The CTBHA/CTBRHA half-size convection oven uses electric heat. The CTBHA/CTBRHA standard-depth baking compartment accepts standard half-size baking pans measuring 13 × 18 in. The CTBHA/CTBRHA standard-depth baking compartment accepts the pans in a front-to-back position. The CTBHA/CTBRHA oven has a SimpleTouch capacitive touchscreen control interface. The oven has programmable water injection with 10 moisture levels and records HACCP data and a fault log for easier troubleshooting if needed. The CTBHA/CTBRHA oven fan motor has ten speeds. The oven has a full angle-iron frame, stainless steel front, top, sides, and vent, and solid mineral fiber insulation around the cooking chamber. Each CTBHA/CTBRHA oven compartment can be set to a minimum temperature of 200°F. Each CTBHA/CTBRHA oven compartment can be set to a maximum temperature of 500°F.
