The P32-CC range includes a charbroiler section as standard. The Southbend P32C-CC is supplied with a cabinet base. The P32-CC range is 32 in wide, measured across the front-view exterior sides. The front, sides, rear and exterior bottom are constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel. Removable cast iron grates have an adjustable front-to-back slope and flip over for either 1/8-inch or 1/4-inch grid width. The P32-CC range requires minimum gas supply pressure of 11 in W.C. for propane. Each P32-CC unit has a rear gas connection sized 1 in. A 5-inch-high stainless steel flue riser is standard on the Southbend P32-CC sectional range.
