PH Series Heated Food Transport Cabinets are designed to hold and transport cooked food warm and ready for serving. The PH128 heated transport cart has a pan capacity of 8 pans in 12”×20”×2.5” format. The cabinets are constructed of sanitary stainless steel and feature a top-mounted heating system with dial controls and blower heat for even air flow throughout the cabinet. The cart has an all-welded, turned-in seam stainless steel construction. The PH125, PH128, and PH129 heated transport carts have a 1000-watt electrical rating.
