The Imperial IHPA electric hot plates use wafer plate elements. Thermostatic controlled plates. 650° maximum temperature heats food up to 50% faster. The IHPA-4-48-EW hot plate has 4 elements. Heating elements are 10” x 10” (254 x 254) for maximum pan contact. The IHPA-4-48-EW hot plate is 48 in (1219 mm) wide. The IHPA-4-24-EW and IHPA-4-48-EW hot plates draw 18 A at 480 V, three-phase. The IHPA-4-48-EW hot plate's electrical output is 15 kW. Stainless steel front, top and sides for cleanability and professional look. Solid top prevents spills from entering unit for easy clean-up. The hot plates require 0 in clearance from non-combustible surfaces. The hot plates require 6 in (152 mm) clearance from combustible surfaces.
