Southbend Ultimate Range 60" gas freestanding range, model 4601DC-6L_NG, with a standard oven base and cabinet base for commercial indoor use. It has a high-output 5-burner top setup: 3 front Star 33K burners and 2 rear Pyromax burners, plus a 45,000 BTU standard oven with standing pilot, battery spark ignition, and a 175°F–550°F thermostat range; the oven fits full-size pans both ways and includes one rack. At 60.75" wide by 34" deep and 59.5" high, on natural gas with 356,000 total BTUs, stainless front/sides, cast iron grates, manual gas shutoff, and optional casters or cabinet doors, it is built for high-volume line cooking and mixed-range production where one unit needs top-burner power and oven capacity.
