Titan™ Heavy Duty Pasta Cooker. JTPC-16_NG. Natural Gas. The JTPC-16 pasta cooker has a tank volume of 11 gallons. Each JTPC-16 pasta cooker is 38 in deep. Each JTPC-16 pasta cooker is 16 in wide. The JTPC pasta cookers have an infinite-control manual gas valve. The tank is a fully welded 12-gauge 316L marine-grade stainless steel tank designed for durability in a demanding, water-intensive cooking environment. A flame failure safety valve automatically shuts off gas if the flame is extinguished. The JTPC-16 pasta cooker requires a minimum gas pressure of 5 in W.C. The JTPC-16 pasta cooker's water connection is 3/4 in NPT. The JTPC-16 pasta cooker's water drain connection is 1 in NPT.
