The JBR-24B-M has a 24-inch charbroiler modular top section. The description specifies heavy duty cast iron grates and shallow-depth broiler top sections with a cast iron 15,000 BTU/hr burner every 6 inches. The JBR-24B-M modular charbroiler has a rated gas input of 60,000 BTU per hour. Each burner on a JBR charbroiler modular has an infinite-control valve. Heavy duty cast iron top grates have built-in grease guides that channel away excess fat and reduce flaring. Heavy Duty Construction Welded stainless steel frame. The JBR charbroiler modular has one 3/4-inch rear gas connection. The Jade Bistro modular charbroilers require propane gas at a minimum operating pressure of 10 inches water column. The Jade Bistro modular charbroilers have a stated maximum operating gas pressure of 14 inches water column. The unit must be connected with the gas appliance regulator supplied.
