The Imperial ITY-48 griddle uses gas fuel. The ITY gas griddle has one round burner rated at 30,000 BTU (9 KW). The ITY griddle plate is 3/4 in (19 mm) thick. griddle plate width of 48 in (1219 mm). griddle plate depth of 24 in (610 mm). gas type: propane. Each burner of the Imperial ITY gas griddle has a continuous pilot. Each ITY gas griddle burner has an adjustable gas valve. The exterior has a stainless steel front, sides, splash guard and ledge; its stainless steel seams are welded and polished. The control knobs are cast aluminum and have a Valox™ heat-protection grip.
