The Doyon Knock Retarder Down Proofer Cabinet has an automatic humidity water-fill feature. KDPR31, KDPR32, and KDPR33 have digital touchscreen control. KDPR31, KDPR32 and KDPR33 proof from room temperature up to 110°F (43°C). KDPR31, KDPR32 and KDPR33 have relative humidity up to 95%. KDPR31, KDPR32 and KDPR33 have stainless steel construction.
