Southbend Ultimate Series model 4603AA-3CL_LP is a 60-3/4" freestanding commercial gas range with a 36" charbroiler on the left, four 33,000 BTU star/sauté open burners, and two convection oven bases, for 292,000 BTU total. It runs on propane and is an indoor, floor-standing unit with 115V/5.9A electrical service for the oven motors; each oven has a 175°F–550°F thermostat, three racks on five-position rails, and can switch to standard-oven use. Stainless steel front and sides, removable cast-iron grates, standing pilots, front manual gas shutoff, factory regulator, and optional casters make it a high-volume range for busy restaurant line and broiler work rather than a compact cooking platform.
