The oven utilizes variable speed blowers, oscillating racks, and a catalytic converter, resulting in minimal energy input, high quality food, and ventless operation. The TurboChef Double Batch oven has half-sheet pan/16-inch pizza capacity. The TurboChef Double Batch oven's cooking cavities are independently controlled.
