Each baking chamber in the Doyon 4T2 Series Artisan Stone Deck Oven has its own steam tank. The 4T2 has full stainless steel construction, a single 1/2 in water line connection, is assembled for quick installation, and has a 1/2 in drain line out the rear of the unit.
