The LANG D036 marine deck oven is UL Listed for marine use. Double Deck. Marine Rated. The LANG D036 marine deck oven's thermostat temperature control is specified from 150°F to 450°F. A 3-heat switch provides top-only, bottom-only, or top-and-bottom heat. The aluminized steel oven interior is fully insulated on six sides. The oven deck is reinforced to eliminate warping. The oven has a single, heavy-duty 430 Series stainless steel exterior. The D0362M electric oven has an input power of 12.0 kW at 208 V AC and 60 Hz. The D0362M marine deck oven has a 60 Hz supply frequency at 208 V AC. The hatchable modular design allows movement through a 26 × 66 in watertight hatch. The oven is stackable up to three high for more capacity in the same footprint.
