The Blodgett Combi model BCX-14E is a combination oven/steamer. Double Electric Boiler. Each BCX-14E section holds fourteen 12-inch × 20-inch × 2-1/2-inch-deep North American hotel pans. Each Blodgett BCX-14E section accommodates seven full-size sheet pans. The BCX-14E electric boiler-based combination oven/steamer is rated for 3-phase power on the 480 V configuration. The BCX-14E electric boiler-based combination oven/steamer is rated at 19 kW on the 480 V power-supply configuration. draws 23 amp on the 480 V, 3-phase configuration. The BCX-14E standard programmable manual control stores 100 recipes. The BCX-14E has a fully welded stainless steel frame, a 304-series bright-annealed stainless steel finish in the cooking chamber, removable stainless steel side rails, and a coved corner liner for ease of cleaning. The top, front, sides and back are stainless steel. The core temperature probe for the BCX-14E combination oven/steamer is external. The BCX-14E controls include a Time to Delime indicator with adjustable settings of 30, 60 or 90 hours of run time and an automatic deliming system. The Blodgett Combi oven has a double-stack configuration.
