The Imperial IHPA electric hot plates use wafer plate elements. The IHPA-1-12-EW hot plate has 1 element. Heating elements are 10” x 10” (254 x 254) for maximum pan contact. Thermostatic controlled plates. The IHPA-1-12-EW hot plate draws 5 A in its 480 V, 3-phase, 3.8 kW electrical configuration. 650° maximum temperature heats food up to 50% faster. Stainless steel front, top and sides for cleanability and professional look. Solid top prevents spills from entering unit for easy clean-up.
