The Blodgett 911/911P is a gas deck oven. The 911P single deck-oven assembly has 1 oven section. Each 911/911P cooking compartment is 33 in wide. Each 911/911P cooking compartment is 22 in deep. Each 911/911P cooking compartment is 7 in high. The gas supply specifications list Propane as an available fuel for the oven sections. Each 911P oven section has a maximum gas input of 27,000 BTU/hr. The required propane inlet pressure is 11.0–13.0 in. W.C. per oven section. The 911P oven's liquid pressure thermostat has a temperature range from 300°F (149°C) to 650°F (343°C). The 911P baking deck is QHT Rokite. The front, top, sides and back are stainless steel.
