The Carter-Hoffmann enclosed tray dispensers have a built-in tray platform made of stainless steel. The dispenser platform has field-adjustable springs to accommodate differences in tray weights and heights. The number of connected springs can be increased or decreased to change the platform tension release tension in 2.5 oz/in. Disconnected springs remain in place and out of the way.
