Multifuctional Cooker. UDFIE40A-D_V2. The cooker tank configuration with a 40-gallon capacity has eight probes on the bottom of the tank. The cooking vessel is stainless steel AISI 304, with a 12 mm bottom and 2 mm walls, rounded corners and an anti-overflow edge; the vessel is motorised on the front axle. The cooker’s control touchscreen is 7 inches. The panel board provides four cooking modes with working-temperature setting, cooking-type, cooking-time and basket-lifting-function settings when that accessory is selected, and Manual and Program modes. The cooker’s cooking tank has a tilting function. The UDFIE40A-D_V2 cooker has an electrical input of 38,50 kW at the standard 220–240 V, 3-phase, 60 Hz rating. The UDFIE40A-D_V2 cooker has a standard 3-phase supply voltage of 220–240 V at 60 Hz.
