Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range, model 4601DD_LP, is a heavy-duty, high-volume open-top range with two standard ovens underneath. It has 10 patented clog-free cast iron burners at 33,000 BTU each plus two 45,000 BTU oven bases, for 420,000 total BTU, so it fits busy restaurant and catering production rather than low-volume line work. The unit is propane-fired, 60-3/4" wide, 34" deep, 59.5" high, and built with stainless steel front and sides, cast iron grate tops, standing pilot on the burners, battery spark ignition for the ovens, factory regulator, and a front manual gas shut-off.
