Electric Steam Kettle Tilt Tri-Leg. The KELT-30 kettle has a capacity of 30 gallons (114 liters). The KELT-SB 15 kW, 3-phase electrical configuration draws 39.4 amps per line at 220 V. KELT-30 … kettle models tilt through a full 90°. The tilt mechanism has self-locking positive-stop action. The controls are integrally mounted and include a power switch, thermostat, pilot light, low water light, vacuum/pressure gauge, safety relief valve, and low water shut off. The kettle is self-generating; its jacket enclosure contains distilled water and is factory sealed. The kettle is constructed with all-welded #4-finish stainless steel, type 304. The Southbend KELT kettle's interior liner is stainless steel type 316. The Southbend KELT kettle's steam jacket surrounds the lower two-thirds of the kettle.
