The Blodgett 981 is a gas deck oven. The 981 single arrangement has one oven section. Each Blodgett 981 oven has two cooking compartments. The 981 deck oven is available for natural gas, requiring 7.0 inches W.C. minimum to 10.5 inches W.C. maximum inlet pressure. The 981 deck oven's liquid-pressure thermostat has a temperature range of 200°F to 500°F. The oven has a full angle iron frame, stainless steel front, top, sides and back, counterbalanced doors with concealed hinges, and a heavy chrome plated tubular steel door handle. The Blodgett 981 oven deck is reinforced.
