The Southbend KDLS direct-steam tri-leg kettle includes a cover. KDLS-20F. The KDLS-20F kettle has a capacity of 20 gallons (76 liters). The Southbend KDLS kettle has a steam jacket around the lower 2/3 of the kettle. The kettle is constructed with all-welded satin-finish stainless steel, type 304. standard draw-off valve. The strainer on the Southbend KDLS direct-steam tri-leg kettle's draw-off valve is perforated. The KDLS-20F, KDLS-30F, KDLS-40F, and KDLS-60F kettles have an optional steam-supply pressure range of 5–45 psi (34–310 kPa). The KDLS-20F, KDLS-30F, KDLS-40F, and KDLS-60F kettles have a specified steam-supply pressure range of 5–30 psi (34–205 kPa).
