The Southbend Platinum Series convection oven is a double-deck oven. Each cavity of the Southbend Platinum Series oven has 11 available rack positions. The oven interior width of the Southbend PCES double oven models is 29 in. (737 mm) per cavity. The oven interior depth of the Southbend PCES double oven models is 21.5 in. (546 mm) per cavity. The Southbend PCES PCE22S/S and PCE22S/T oven models have electric heating-element input rated at 11 kW per deck. The Southbend PCES PCE15S/S, PCE15S/T, PCE22S/S, and PCE22S/T oven models have an available electrical supply configuration of 240 VAC at 60 Hz. The Southbend PCES PCE15S/S, PCE15S/T, PCE22S/S, and PCE22S/T oven models have an available electrical supply configuration of 220/240 VAC at 50 Hz. For the 11 kW-per-deck Southbend PCES double oven models PCE22S/S and PCE22S/T, each of the X, Y, and Z lines draws 24.3 A at 220/240 VAC, 50 Hz. The Southbend Platinum Series oven's control panel is located on the front, at the right side of the oven. The oven interior has a porcelain enamel finish and is coved and fastener-free.
