The Southbend Platinum Pro Series electric heating elements have a combined rating of 7.5 kW per deck. The Southbend Platinum Pro Series ovens are available for 240 VAC supply. The Southbend Platinum Pro Series ovens are available in single-phase configuration. Standard or Digital Touchscreen Controls have manual, recipe, or rack modes. The Southbend Platinum Pro Series control panel is on the front, at the right side of the oven. The Southbend Platinum Pro Series touchscreen-control oven has a lowest temperature-controller setting of 150°F. The oven has a stainless steel front, top, and sides. The oven interior has a porcelain enamel finish and is coved and fastener-free. The oven has a manual reset high-limit temperature control that protects it from an overheat condition.
