The Southbend Ultimate Series 4604CC-3TL_NG is a 60" freestanding commercial gas range with storage cabinet base, not an oven or fryer, built for indoor high-volume line work. It has a 60-3/4" W x 34" D footprint, 37" high cooktop, natural gas service, 196,000 BTU total, two star/sauté burners in front, two 33K open burners in back, and a 36" thermostatic griddle on the left with 1/2" steel plate. Stainless front and sides, a front manual gas shut-off, standing pilot, factory regulator, and optional center-opening cabinet doors make it suited to a busy restaurant or banquet kitchen that needs mixed cooking stations plus undercounter storage.
