The cooking vessel is stainless steel AISI 304, with a 15 mm bottom, 2.5 mm walls, rounded corner angles, and an anti-overflowing lip. Pressure cooking uses an automatic system to eliminate air from the cooking container for cooking with saturated steam, followed by automatic steam condensation after cooking to allow fast and safe lid opening without steam dispersion in the room. The stainless-steel AISI 304 lid has a 20/10 thickness, a double cover, an ergonomic handle, and a four-point locking system on sliding shafts with lever-type control bolts that block opening under pressure. It has an alimentary silicone gummy gasket with one jointing point and is balanced by gas springs.
