It runs on natural gas at 326,000 total BTU, with standing pilots for the top burners, battery spark ignition for the ovens, a front gas shut-off, factory regulator, and removable cast-iron grates; the ovens are 115V with 3 racks, 5-position rails, and can switch to standard oven mode. At 60.75" wide and 1,075 lb, this is a heavy-duty floor range for high-volume line cooking, grilling, and production baking where one unit has to do multiple jobs.
