The JTKC-48-RAD Chitwood “Smoke” Broiler is a 48-inch charbroiler. gas type: natural gas. The Chitwood “Smoke” Broiler burners are controlled by manual gas valves. The Chitwood “Smoke” Broiler burner valves provide infinite control. The “-RAD” model uses a cast-iron radiant to provide even heat. A “-RAD” model has one 15,000 BTU/hr burner every 6 inches of broiler. The broiler has two separate 14-gauge steel drip pans to control flare-ups. The broiler uses heavy-duty cast-iron grates. The CHITWOOD Smoke-Ejector system provides maximum smoke to the grill surface. The smoke box is independent of main burner heat for cold smoking. The broiler has 14-gauge stainless-steel all-welded body construction.
