Southbend Ultimate Series 60-inch freestanding gas range, model 4601AC-4TL_LP, set up for propane with 178,000 total BTU and a 60.75" x 42.13" footprint, so it fits the heavy-duty floor-range class rather than a compact line unit. It combines two lifetime clog-free cast iron open burners, a 48" thermostatic griddle on the left, and a convection oven base with 115V, 3-phase power and battery spark ignition, plus a stainless cabinet base for storage. With standing pilots, factory regulator, front manual gas shut-off, and removable cast iron grate tops, it’s aimed at high-volume restaurant, banquet, or cafeteria cooking where you need mixed surface cooking and oven capacity in one range.
