The P12N-C configuration is a modular-mount sectional range. modular unit … for mounting on a countertop, refrigerated base or freezer base. The sectional range has a total gas input of 32,000 BTU per hour when configured for NAT. gas type: natural gas. The sectional range's burners are controlled by one high/low control knob. The removable cast-iron grates have an adjustable front-to-back slope and flip over for either 1/8-inch or 1/4-inch grid width. The charbroiler has an even surface temperature of 600°F on the high setting. The front, sides, rear and exterior bottom are stainless steel. The sectional range has a 1-inch rear gas connection. The minimum gas supply pressure for Southbend P12-C sectional units is 7 in. W.C. for natural gas.
