The ETP-10E-SB is an atmospheric steamer. The ETP-10E-SB has two cooking compartments. Each cooking compartment of the ETP-10E-SB is a five-pan compartment. The ETP-10E-SB steamer is electric-powered. The ETP-10E-SB requires 20 kW for the entire unit. Each ETP-10E-SB cooking compartment has a steam generator rated at 10 kW.
