The Southbend Platinum Series bakery electric convection oven is a double-deck oven. The PCEB-DOUBLE oven assembly has two oven cavities. The PCEB-DOUBLE double-oven assembly has a heating-element input of 7.5 kW per oven in the listed 7.5 kW configuration. Each PCEB-DOUBLE oven with either 11 kW or 7.5 kW heating elements has a supply voltage of 208 VAC. PCEB-DOUBLE electric ovens are available for single-phase operation, which must be specified upon ordering.
