The 524CHSF, 536CHSF, and 548CHSF Star-Max griddles have chrome plates. The Star-Max 524TGF/CHSF griddle is 24 in (610.0 mm) wide. The griddle plate is 1 inch thick. The griddles are constructed with a stainless steel front panel and double-wall aluminized steel side panels. The Star-Max griddles have snap-action controls. The Star-Max griddle thermostat has a lowest adjustable temperature of 150°F. The Star-Max griddle thermostat has a highest adjustable temperature of 450°F. phase: 3-phase. All Star-Max griddle models require 208/240V service. All Star-Max griddle models must be hard-wired at installation for 1-phase and 3-phase service. The griddle plate has a 4-1/2-inch wrap-around stainless steel splash guard, and the unit has a 3-1/4-inch-wide front grease trough with grease chute and stainless steel grease drawer.
