Electric Double Invoq Boilerless Combi Oven. The Invoq Stackit 2/1 GN assembly shown has two ovens stacked vertically. The Invoq Stackit 2/1 GN assembly includes a 10-2/1 GN oven section. The Invoq Stackit 2/1 GN assembly includes a 6-2/1 GN oven section. The 10-2/1 GN + 6-2/1 GN capacity configuration supports 2/1 GN pans. The 10-2/1 GN + 6-2/1 GN capacity configuration supports full size sheet pans. The Invoq Stackit 2/1 GN is specified for 480 V, 3Ph AC supply. At 480 V 3-phase AC, the top oven of the Invoq Stackit 2/1 GN has an amperage rating of 31 A. The Invoq Stackit 2/1 GN bottom oven draws 42 A at 480 V, 3Ph AC. The touch display is fast-reacting and intuitive for smooth and easy operation. The user interface has a super-wide viewing angle; self-explanatory symbols and guidance support operation, and it is operated by Android 9. It is compatible with Middleby UI for multiple devices with the same control. The cavity is made of 304/DIN 1.4301 steel, with seamless welding and rounded corners for airflow and cleaning.
