The P48C-TTTT sectional range has a cabinet-base configuration. The P48C-TTTT sectional range has a thermostatic griddle. The 48-inch sectional range is shown with a full-width griddle as its top configuration. The thermostatic griddle models control griddle-surface temperature over a range of 180°F to 400°F. P48C-TTTT … models have a natural-gas input of 128,000 BTU/hour. The griddle plate is 1 inch thick and has side and rear splashers. The cabinet-base models have two 24-inch-wide stainless steel cabinets with removable doors that open from the center. The exterior finish is constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel. The P48 range requires 12 in of clearance from combustible construction at the rear. The P48 range requires 10 in of clearance from combustible construction at the sides. The P48 range requires a minimum natural-gas supply pressure of 7 in. W.C. The gas supply must be regulated; a pressure regulator must be ordered separately.
