Wells G-Series griddles are electric built-in/drop-in griddles. Wells G246 has an overall width of 49.0 in (1,245 mm). Wells G246 has a grid surface width of 46.9 in (1,191 mm). The Wells G-Series griddles provide operator-controlled temperatures from 200°F to 450°F. The griddles have a stainless steel top and control panel and removable splash guards. The griddles have an extra-large 4-quart-capacity grease drawer that is easily removable and located at the front. The griddles feature enclosed tubular elements clamped onto the bottom of the griddle plate for even heat distribution over the entire surface. Wells G-Series electric built-in/drop-in griddles require at least 1 in (25 mm) of clearance at the back from the nearest surface. Wells G-Series electric built-in/drop-in griddles require at least 2 in (51 mm) of clearance at both sides from any combustible surface.
